\ Carnellia Gail Cook, 51, of Greenville, KY passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012 in Central City, KY. \ \ She was born in Chicago, IL to the late Franklin Rector and Daisy Alexander Rector. She was also preceded in death by one sister and one brother. \ \ She is survived by one daughter, Shannon Johnson of Central City; two sons, Travis Cook of Bremen, KY and Matt Cook of Madisonville, KY; five sisters, Judy Crunk of Madisonville, Felicia Wright of Morton's Gap, KY, Sherry Rector of Madisonville, Rhonda Whitfield of Madisonville, and Crystal Combs of Mannington, KY; two brothers, James Rector of Onton, KY and Bobby Rector of LaGrange, KY; four step grandchildren, five grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. \ \ Graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 24, 2012, at Onton Cemetery with Rev. Danny Greene officiating. Burial will follow in Onton Cemetery. \ \ Barnett-Strother Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. \ \ Memorial contributions may be made to the Carnellia Cook Memorial Fund C/o Barnett-Strother Funeral Home at 2285 North Main Street, Madisonville, KY. \ \
