Charles Robert Mills Sr. Obituary (1935 - 2007)

Mr. Charles Robert Mills Sr., 72, of Hanson, KY, died at 4:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 13, 2007, at his home. \ Born September 19, 1935 in Drakesboro, KY. He was the son of the late George R. Mills and Blanche Kimmel Mills. \ He was the Engineering Project Supervisor for Bernardin Lochmueller and Associates. He formerly worked for Ruby Construction, had been a bat boy for the former Madisonville Miners and was a Champion Bowler. \ Surviving are his wife Shirea May Mills; one son, Charles R. Chuck Mills Jr. of Hanson; one sister, Jo Ann Mills Kington of San Francisco, CA; one brother, George W. Mills of Lexington, KY and five grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 16, 2007, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor Weyman McGuire officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery in Hanson. \ Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. Friday until the service time. \
