Hershel Reynolds Obituary (1925 - 2004)

Mr. Hershel Reynolds, 79, of Madisonville, KY, died Saturday, December 4, 2004, at 8:30A.M. at the Regional Medical Center. \ Born April 1, 1925 in Hopkins Co. KY, he was the son of the late Joseph Reynolds and Carrie Young Reynolds. \ He was a dispatcher for the City Cab Company. He was a member of the Second Baptist Church of Madisonville; a member of the John T. Crandall Masonic Lodge #143 F.& A.M. in Breman, KY, a memeber of IOOF and was a U.S. Army World War II Veteran \ Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Ruth Reynolds of Madisonville, a daughter, Pamela Parks of Hanson, KY, three grandchildren, Jill Cuckler of Madisonville, Beth May of Morganfield, KY and Jessica Parks of Hanson; two great-grandchildren, Isaac Cuckler of Madisonville and Lillian May of Morganfield. \ Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Gaines officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville, with military rites by the VFW #5480 and American Legion Post #6. \ Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday with a Masonic service at 7:00 P.M. and on Tuesday after 12:00 noon until the service time at the funeral home. \ \ \
