Ilene Jones Harris

Mrs. Ilene Jones Harris, 82, of Madisonville, KY died Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at the Regional Medical Center. \ Born May 24, 1923 in Hopkins County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Audie Lee Jones and Bertha Moore Jones. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lacey Harris in 1994 and one son, Paul Terry Harris. \ She was a homemaker and mother. \ She is survived by one daughter, Tammy Conyers of Madisonville; one son, Romney Harris of Madisonville; two sisters, Juanita Barnwell of Beaver Dam, KY and Norma Arnold of Madisonville; one brother, Bobby Jones of Oregon; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 3, 2005 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Nofsinger officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Faulk, Ben Harris, Brad Harris, Scott Harris, Rob Bennett and Rick Conyers. \ Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday and on Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until the service at the funeral home. \ Memorials may take the form of donations to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \ \
