James Harold Welborn

\ James Harold Welborn, 83, of Greenville, KY died Tuesday, June 05, 2012 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY. \ \ He was born December 20, 1928 in Depoy, KY to the late Bernard and Bessie Latham Welborn. He was preceded in death by his wife, Melva Cummins Welborn and a brother, Darrell Welborn. \ \ He is survived by two daughters, Pamela Roach and Patti (Mike) Hill both of Greenville; one son, Darren (Misti) Welborn of Arab, AL; two sisters, Corrine (Rev. Robert) Fulcher of Poole, KY and Barbara Duvall of Newburgh, IN; six grandchildren, Joshua (Tina) Roach, Jeremy (Ashley) Roach, Crystal Gray, Phillip (April) Hill, DJ Welborn, and CJ Welborn; and six great-grandchildren, Morgan Roach, Hayden Hill, Jack Roach, Katie Gray, Ella Roach, and Cayson Hill. \ \ Mr. Welborn was a member of Leighs Chapel Church in Greenville. \ \ Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday June 8, 2012 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Don Ryan and Bro. John Galyen officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery. \ \ Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday and after 9:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral Home. \ \ Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \ \
