Jeanette Rich Wiley

Mrs. Jeanette Rich Wiley, 64, of Madisonville, KY died at 6:47 A.M., Sunday, May 2, 2004 at the Regional Medical Center. \ Born April 1, 1940 in McLean Co., KY she was the daughter of the late Columbus Rich and Opal Forbes Rich. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Hammack Wiley on July 7, 1992 and one sister, Sue Winstead. \ Mrs. Wiley was a homemaker and a poetry writer. She also received several awards for her writings. \ She is survived by five sons; Thomas L. Brantley III of Murray, KY, Chris Brantley of Wyoming, Sam Brantley of North Carolina,Jason Brantley of Arizona and Eric Cook of Texas; one sister, Nell Smith of Madisonville; two brothers, Gerald Rich of Madisonville and James William Rich of Central City, KY; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. \ Funeral services will be private with Rev. Gerald Calhoun officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. \ Friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. \ \
