Kenneth "Tom" Foreman Obituary (1942 - 2017)

Kenneth 'Tom' Foreman, 75, of Hanson, KY passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Foreman was born March 21, 1942 in Madisonville, KY to the late Raymond Lester Foreman and Virginia Belle Cornette Foreman. He was also preceded in death by his fianc, Janice Taylor. He was a retired coal miner and member of Park Avenue Baptist Church. He worked at P&M Mines and was a member of UMWA. He was also president of his local union. Tom enjoyed fishing and flying remote control planes. He is survived by two daughters, Leslie (Keneuk) Helton of Madisonville and Jessica Foreman of Madisonville; one son, Tommy (Sandy) Foreman of Hanson; one step-daughter, Janet (Brook) Dixon of Princeton, KY; grandchildren, Corey (Ryan) Gilliland and Brittny Helton and Taylor Dixon and Karley Hodges; and great grandchildren, Kayden and Grayson Gilliland and Aubrey Hodges; along with his extended Taylor family. Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 28, 2017 at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Bro. Bill Gaines officiating. Military rites will be performed by the 101st Airborne Division. Memorial contributions may be made to the Western Kentucky Veterans Center Activities Fund.
