Lee \Pollock Arab Coy Knight Obituary (1937 - 2008)

Mr. Lee Pollock Arab Coy Knight, 70, of St. Charles, KY, died Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 2:44 A.M. at his residence. \ Born April 25, 1937 in Hornet, NC he was the son of the late Rowland Knight and Mamie McCauley Knight. \ He was a retired supervisor for Goodyear Tire & Rubber plant and was a carpenter. He was a member of the New Good Hope Church and a US Army veteran. \ He is survived by his wife, Brenda Croft Knight of St. Charles; one daughter, Tammy Lee Knight of St. Charles; two sons, Tony Knight of Gilbertsville, KY and Willy Knight of Danville, VA; two stepsons, Michael Qualls of Topeka, KS and Robert Qualls of Madisonville; three sisters, Blanche K. Holland of Fayetteville, NC, Beulah K. Starling of Autryville, NC and Annette K. Coleman of Harlem, GA; four grandsons and one step-granddaughter. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Chaplain Darell Eldridge officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill General Baptist Church Cemetery in Nortonville, KY. Pallbearers will be Quinten DeMoss, James Brewer, Tommy Phaup, Michael Fox, Timbo Fox, Jake DeMoss. Honorary pallbearers will be James Young and Dudley DeMoss. \ Friends may call from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home and on Monday after 12 Noon. \ Memorials may take the form of donations to the Green River Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \
