Lois Jean Moore

Lois Jean Moore, 86 of Madisonville, KY passed away Monday, January 22, 2018 at her residence.
She was born October 18, 1931 in Madisonvlle, KY to the late Claudie and Geneva Burden. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Sheri Almon; two brothers, Millard and Donnie Burden; one sister, Bonnie Rickard; and one great grandson, Benjamen Snyder.
She was of the Baptist faith and she retired from Madisonville Hospital. She loved camping, going to auctions, fishing, and riding golf carts.
She is survived by her husband, Ezra Moore; three daughters, Vicki (Johnny) Reynolds of Madisonville, Sandy Chandler from San Antonio, TX, and Brenda (Daniel) Mercer of Greenville, KY; four sons, Gary (Charlotte) Minnick of Evansville, IN, Steve (Debbie) Moore of Olive Branch, MS, Dennis (Tamara) Moore and Michael (Krista) Moore both of Madisonville; two brothers, Terry Burden of Louisville, KY and Dennis Burden of Benton, KY; one sister, Jeanette Wadlington of Evansville, IN; 11 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 26, 2018 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Brian Richardson. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday and after 9:00 A.M. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
