Marvin Carrico

Mr. Marvin Carrico, 90, of Madisonville, KY died at 10:45 P.M. Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at the Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home. \ Born July 14, 1915 in Hopkins County, KY he was the son of the late Jesse Mason Carrico and Lizzie Roberts Carrico. He was also preceded in death by one brother, George Mason Carrico. \ He was a retired self-employed farmer and a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was a WW II Army veteran. \ He is survived by his wife, Sara Ashby Carrico of Madisonville; two daughters, Carolyn Carrico Marks and Annette Carrico, both of Bowling Green, KY ; one son, Bob Carrico of Madisonville; three granddaughters and four great-grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, January 28, 2006 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Weyman McGuire officiating. Burial will follow in the Hanson Cemetery. \ Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday and on Saturday after 9:00 A.M. until the service. \ Memorial gifts may take the form of donations to the First United Methodist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home
