Maurice 'CM' Jolley, 81, of Hanson, KY passed away, Monday, January 26, 2015 at his residence. \ \ Mr. Jolley was born July 2, 1933 in Oakland, CA to the late Albert Cameron Jolley and Ida Lucille Moore Jolley. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Juanita Lyles and Ruth Lemons and three brothers, Ace Jolley, Robert Jolley and John D. Jolley \ \ He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Madisonville. He was a former Scout Master of Troop #90. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and Footlight Players Community Theater. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. \ \ Mr. Jolley is survived by his wife of 62 years, Patty Jolley of Hanson; five daughters, Diane (Marty) Gilliland of West Linn, OR, Sherry Kittinger of Hanson, KY, Karen (Jim) Medford of Topeka, KS, Kathy Jolley of Henderson, KY and Betsy (Greg) Hankins of Russellville, AR; one son, Steven (Christina) Jolley of El Paso, TX; one brother, Gerald (Anne) Jolley of Peoria, AZ; 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. \ \ Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, January 30, 2015 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Madisonville with Father John Vaughan officiating. Burial will follow at a later date. \ \ Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with a Rosary Service being held at 6:30 P.M. that evening. \ \ Memorial contributions may be made to the Christ the King Catholic Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \ \
