Mitchell "Vinnie" Gunn Obituary (1949 - 2019)

Mitchell 'Vinnie' Gunn, 69, of Hanson, KY passed away, Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 9, 1949 in Madisonville, KY to the late Aubrey V. Gunn and Elma Ray Keene Gunn. He was also preceded in death by one son, Kirk Adams, one sister, Elender June Hancock, and one brother, Clinnie Perkins. Mitchell worked as a coal miner. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and grilling. He also loved music, along with watching basketball and football. Most of all, he loved his family and being around people. He is survived by his son, Cody (Sarah) Gunn of Madisonville; daughter, Vingie Moore of Lewisburg, KY; step-daughter, Clearinda (John) Mitchell of Nebo, KY; one sister, Connie Trout of Silver Lake, TN; one brother, Trent Perkins of Nortonville, KY; four grandchildren, one great grandchild, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and one great great niece. Memorial services will be held privately.
