Nancy Lucille Devine Obituary (1928 - 2005)

Mrs. Nancy Lucille Devine, 76, of Madisonville, KY, died Wednesday, October 26, 2005, at 11:10 A.M., at Senior Citizens Nursing Home in Madisonville. \ Born November 4, 1928, in Meigs County, TN, she was the daughter of the late John Couch and Mattie Walden Couch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Devine in 1996 and one sister, Mildred VanHooser. \ She was a housewife and a member of the Pentecostals of Lonestar Church. \ Mrs. Devine is survived by two daughters, Anna Sue Hancock and Marty Baldwin, both of Madisonville; three sisters, Louise Renfro of Madisonville, Imogene Benson of Holly Hills, FL, and Mable Dorrsett of Illinois; one brother, Chalmer Couch of North Carolina; three grandchildren; one step-grandchild; six great grandchildren; and three step-great grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 29, 2005 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Philip Hancock and Rev. Andy Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Philip Hancock, Shawn Hancock, Floyd Hancock, Sam Coble, Ryan Sizemore and Larry Tomes. \ Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday and on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until the services at the funeral home. \
