Rev. Jerry W. Shadrick Obituary (1955 - 2004)

Rev. Jerry W. Shadrick, 49, of Slaughters, KY, died at 1:30 A.M. Friday, March 26, 2004, at his home. \ Born January 6, 1955 in Madisonville, KY he was the son of the late Gilbert Ray Shadrick. \ He was a meat cutter for Food Giant Supermarket and was the pastor for fourteen years at the Beulah General Baptist Church in Beech Grove, KY. \ He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Julie Blue Shadrick of Slaughters, two daughters, Jennifer Lynn Shadrick and Sarah Anne Shadrick, both of Slaughters; his mother, Alma Mae Shadrick of Dixon, KY; two sisters, Brenda Sue Miller of Slaughters and Linda Tapp of Dixon; one brother, James Shadrick of Slaughters and one grandson, Connor Andrew Brown. \ Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, March 28, 2004 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Harry Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow in the Slaughters Cemetery. \ Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Saturday and on Sunday from 11:00 A.M. until the services at the funeral home. \ Memorial gifts may take the form of donations to the St. Anthonys Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \
