Roger Keith "Bo" Bean Obituary (1953 - 2017)

Roger Keith 'Bo' Bean, 63, of Benton, KY passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Lourdes Hospice in Paducah, KY. Mr. Bean was born on August 12, 1953 in Madisonville, KY to Hannah Estelle Huggins Bean and the late Elmer 'Sonny' Wilbur Bean. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Robert Owen Bean and one sister, Lana Faye Schmaltz. He worked at Norfolk Southern Rail Road as a welder. He also enjoyed painting sign-making and woodcrafting. He is survived by his wife, Suzann Galloway Bean; two sons, Sonnie Ryan Bean of Durham, NC and Tyranny Jacob 'TJ' (Melissa Mann) Bean of Louisville, KY; one sister, Cindy Gay Bean of Madisonville; two brothers, Dennis Wayne Bean and Joseph Wilbur Bean of Madisonville; and two grandchildren, Aiden Elliott Bean and Audrey Eleanor Bean of Louisville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 21, 2017 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
