Rowena Vincent Obituary (1941 - 2008)

Mrs. Rowena Vincent, 67, of Hanson, KY died at 3:53 P.M. on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at her residence. \ She was born August 26, 1941 in Poteau, OK, to the late Thomas Alfred Amos and Dollie Maude Johns Amos. She was also preceded by two brothers. \ She was a member of the Greater Lighthouse Pentecostal Church where she was a church Librarian. She also worked for Lockheed Support Systems. \ She is survived by her husband, Bennie L. Vincent of Hanson; one daughter, Dianna Lynn Heckman of Boonville, MO; three sisters, Frances Lisanby of Dawson Springs, KY, Betty Hall of Kansas City, MO and Dalliah Newman of Fortsmith, AR; three step-children, Evalee Tremblay of Cincinnati, OH, Ben Vincent of Lake Orion, MI and Cary Vincent of Cincinnati; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. \ Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 9, 2008, at The Greater Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Madisonville with Rev. Ronnie Hendricks officiating. Burial will follow in Hanson Cemetery in Hanson. \ Friends may call at the church from 11:00 A.M. until the service time at the church. \ Memorial donations may be made to the Mahr Cancer Center. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \ \
