Roy Robinson Kennedy

Roy Robinson Kennedy, 78, passed away Friday, July 5, 2024, at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville, IN.

He was born February 17,1946 to the late Willie and Anna Miller Kennedy. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, William Otis Kennedy, and Elmo Irvin Kennedy; and his sisters, Ruby Ellen Adams, Mary Jane Ray, and Betty Lou Kennedy; his niece, Elizabeth Vannoy; and his great niece, Rosemary Baker.

He is survived by his sons, Michael Wayne Kennedy, and Roy Robinson Kennedy Jr.; and his sister in law, Phyllis Kennedy of Madisonville.

Mr. Kennedy was a proud U.S Army Veteran. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved fishing, bowling, and his cats.

Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home in Madisonville. The burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon, KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until the service time at the funeral home.
