Ruby Kington Jackson

Mrs. Ruby M. Kington Jackson, 99, of Madisonville, KY died at 10:30 A.M. Friday, January 20, 2006 at the Brighton Cornerstone Healthcare. \ Born December 11, 1906 in Graham, KY she was the daughter of the late James Mason Collins and Gertie Hopson Collins. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Hammond L. Kington in 1954 and her second husband, H.B. Jack Jackson in 1981 and two brothers, Gregory P. Collins and James M. Collins Jr. \ She was a homemaker and a member of the Madisonville First Methodist Church. \ She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donald M. and Jo Ann Kington of San Francisco, CA; four grandchildren, Kimmel Kington and Geoffrey H. Kington, both of San Francisco; Mason Kington of Costa Mesa, CA, Ann Kington Frideland of San Mateo, CA and one great-granddaughter, Rose Lovan Frideland of San Mateo. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Dr. Don Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. \ Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home. \ Memorial gifts may take the form of donations to the First United Methodist Church. \
