Mr. Russell D. Hogart, 52, of Lakeland, FL and formerly of Madisonville died at 7:45 P.M. Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at the Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Lakeland, FL. \ He was born August 29, 1953 in Hopkins County, KY to the late Dee Hogart and Elizabeth Hogart. \ He is survived by his wife, Kathy Hogart; two sons, Jonathon Jody Hogart and Russ Hogart; two daughters, Amber Hogart and Chelsea Hogart; two brothers, Ronald Hogart and Robert Veazey and one grandson, Jonathon Hogart. \ A private memorial services will be held for the family at a later date.
