Samuel \Sam\" Christopher" Pryor Obituary (1959 - 2006)

0Mr. Samuel Sam Christopher Pryor, 46, of Evansville, IN and formerly of Nebo, KY died June 20, 2006 at his home. \ Born August 18, 1959 in Webster County, KY he was the son of the late Levi Cleveland Pryor and Lucille Rickard Pryor. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Oldham Cash Pryor; one brother, Walter Lee Pryor , one nephew, Matthew Armstrong and one niece, Stacey Pryor Blanchard. \ He was a self employed contractor and a member of Johnson Island Baptist Church. \ He is survived by his stepdaughter, Lora Cash-Bowling of Louisville; one granddaughter; three brothers W.C. Pryor of Nebo, Roger Pryor of Bremen and Harland Pryor of Nebo; five sisters, Sue Gibson of Slaughters, Mada Armstrong of Dawson Springs, KY, Brenda Moore of Kuttawa, KY, Nora Conger of Nebo and Sarah Ellen Ransom of Nebo; 76 nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. \ Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. J.W. Haire, Bro. Neil Kolodey and Bro. James Burden. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Marshall Gibson, George Pryor, James Lee Armstrong, Frankie Moore, Jeremiah Pryor, Justin Pryor , Steve Smith, Shaun Pryor and Ray Ransom. \ Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and on Wednesday from 8:00 A.M. until the services. \
