Shirley Bratcher

Mrs. Shirley Bratcher, 57, of Madisonville, KY, died Thursday, March 8, 2007, at 9:45 A.M., at her residence. \ Born October 25, 1949, in Franklin, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Emmett Garvin Law and Mildred Louise Gant Law. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Emmett Law Jr. and Odie Wayne Hodges. \ She was a medical transcriptionist at Trover Clinic for over 20 years. She was a member and education director of Life Christian Center in Madisonville. \ Mrs. Bratcher is survived by her husband Earl Wayne Bratcher of Madisonville; a son, Michael Bratcher of Chandler, IN; a sister, Carolyn Coates of Madisonville; four brothers, Danny Law of Madisonville, Jerry Law of Hanson, KY, Kevin Law of Madisonville and David Law of Earlington, KY; two granddaughters, Jacie & Addison Bratcher of Chandler, IN; thirteen nieces & nephews and eight great nieces & nephews. \ Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 12, 2007 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor H. O. Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. \ Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Sunday and on Monday from 12:00 Noon until the service at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Danny Law, Jerry Law, David Law, Kevin Law, Jon Kincaid and Beedie Bratcher. \ Memorials may take the form of donations to the Life Christian Center, Christian Education Fund or Kids Kingdom, 721 Princeton Pike, Madisonville, KY. 42431
