Anna Boze

Anna Boze, age 79, of Madisonville, KY, died Thursday December 4, 2025 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN.
She was born on January 16, 1946, in Providence, KY to the late Carol Frederick and Lucille Darks Frederick. She was also preceded in death by her sons, Dewayne Boze and Morris Carol Boze.
Mrs. Boze loved birds, going to the mountains, and listening to Christian music. She loved spending time with her granddaughter and great grandchildren, especially riding on the golf cart. She was a member of Grapevine Baptist Church, where she loved her church and her Lord.
She is survived by her husband, Ernest Boze; son, Jimmy Chadwick “Chad” Boze of Madisonville; granddaughter, Amber (Jeff) Caraway; two great grandchildren, Lexie Caraway and Jax Hartford; and one great great grandchild, Waylon “Chun-chi” McGowan.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday December 10, 2025, at Grapevine Baptist Church with Dr. Mark Partin and Clark Brown officiating. Burial will be in Grapevine Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home and from 9:00 A.M. until the service time Wednesday at Grapevine Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Caraway, Jax Hartford, Wayne Burns, Barry Duff, Tony Pentecost, and Doug Boze.
