Uldine Cartwright Jewell Obituary (1934 - 2010)

Mrs. Uldine Cartwright Jewell, 75, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 10:20 A.M., Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home in Madisonville. \ She was born October 11, 1934 in Madisonville, KY to the late Tommy Cartwright and Rita Egbert Cartwright. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Pascal H. Jewell and one sister, Omba Ruth Serianni. \ Mrs. Jewell was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Madisonville. \ She is survived by three step-children, Jackie Jewell of Hanson; Jill Noffsinger of Hanson and Joey Jewell of Madisonville; two aunts, Carmon Fugate and Gladys Cartwright; one uncle, Buck Egbert of Madisonville; two brothers; Tommy Cartwright and Ansley Cartwright both of Indiana; several step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of cousins. \ Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 13, 2010 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Kerry Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville. \ Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Billy McKinsey, Hugh Cartwright, Ed Groves, Charlie Lester and Ray Michael. \
