Chandos E. Troutman Obituary (1918 - 2010)

Mr. Chandos E. Troutman, 91, of Philpot, KY passed away at 6:40 A.M., Monday, March 1, 2010, at West Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson, KY. \ He was born September 13, 1918 in Utica, KY to the late Estil Troutman and Frances Whitehouse. He was also preceded in death by his son JB Troutman. \ Mr. Troutman worked for AT&T for 43 years as a maintenance supervisor and he served 29 months in the U.S. Army in New Guines. \ He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Sarah Crow Troutman of Philpot, KY; one daughter, Shannon Rose (Billy) Ladd of Spottsville, KY; two sons, Chandos (Mary Kay) Troutman Jr. of Louisville, KY and Keven Nathan Troutman of New York, NY; one daughter-in-law, Pat Troutman of Owensboro; two sisters, Vivienne and Patricia of Phoenix, AZ; six grandchildren, Nathan Ray (Tracy) Ladd of Owensboro, Sarah Beth Ladd of Madrid, Spain, Bonnie Linnemeier of Richmond, KY, Kelly Monantras, Owensboro, JB Troutman Jr. of Owensboro and Morgan Whitney of Bowling Green, KY. \ Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Thursday March 4, 2010 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Beeny officiating. Burial will follow at Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY. \ Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. \
