Charline Harris Wallace Obituary (1939 - 2009)

Mrs. Charline Harris Wallace, 69, of St. Charles, KY passed away at 2:45 P.M., Monday, March 23, 2009 at her residence. \ She was born September 26, 1939, in Hopkins County, KY to the late James Slim Ollise Harris and Pauline Vickers Harris. She is also preceded in death by one daughter, Alice (Sissie) Wallace Draper and one grandson, Gary Anthony (Andy) Todd, II \ Mrs. Wallace was a homemaker and a member of Star of Bethlehem Church. \ She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Nolan Toad Wallace of St. Charles; three sons, James Bobo (Starr) Wallace, Floyd (Pam) Wallace and Roger (Jennifer) Wallace all of St. Charles; four daughters, Brenda (Ronald) Deaton of Henderson, Tammy (Wayne) Gossett of Madisonville, Nina (Shane) Gordon of Dawson Springs and Sandra (Mark) Mikulski of Madisonville; children she thought of as her own, Arlice (Bo) Vickers, Wendy Marks, Dolly Sutton all of Madisonville, Charlotte Knowles, Jean Webster and Tonya Higbee all of Mortons Gap; seven brothers, Johnny Bratcher of Central City, Stanley Harris of Manitou, Raymond Buddy Harris of Madisonville, John Tracy Harris of Madisonville, Jerome Rommie Harris of Central City, Steve Harris of Drakesboro and Billy Cook of Madisonville; five sisters, Carolyn Sue Mullennix of Madisonville, Jimmy Weaver of Madisonville, Teressa Morris of Topeka, KS, Janie Trammel of Mt. Vernon, IN and Joyce Dukes of Powderly; 22 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 26, 2009 at the Star of Bethlehem Church in Ilsley, KY with Bro. Monty Fuller officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Grove Cemetery in St. Charles. \ Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday and after 10:00 A.M., Thursday at Star of Bethlehem Church. \ Pallbearers will be Phillip Wallace, Matt Wallace, Brad Draper, Joey Bryant, Jeremy Gossett and Corey Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Williams, Jacob Wallace, Nick Deaton, Dakota Wallace, Rowdy Gossett and Ricky Woodruff. \
