Christine Etheridge Tapp Obituary (1925 - 2013)

\ Mrs. Christine Etheridge Tapp 87, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 2:23 A.M., Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home in Madisonville. \ She was born August 3, 1925 in Hopkins Co., KY to the late John Etheridge and Lou Rawlins Etheridge. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Winfred Tapp, in 2009, one grandson, Tim Polley, in 2007, and several brothers and sisters. \ Mrs. Tapp was a member of the Hall Street Apostolic Church in Madisonville. She was a housewife. \ She is survived one daughter, Deborah Tapp of Madisonville and several nieces and nephews. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday July 14, 2013 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Todd officiating with burial to follow in Old Beulah Cemetery in Beulah, KY. \ Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time on Sunday at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Eddie Tapp, Eddie Tapp Jr., Ricky Tapp, Jeremy Tapp, James Sellers, and Jimmy Gamble. \
