Morea Tapp Obituary (1912 - 2005)

Mrs. Morea Tapp, 92, of Madisonville, KY died at 9:30 A.M. Thursday, March 3, 2005 at the Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home. \ Born July 25, 1912 in Dixon, KY she was the daughter of the late Archbald Mooney and Blanche Marks Mooney. She was also preceded in death by her husband, F.T. Son Tapp in 1997. \ She was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She was a volunteer at the Regional Medical Center and an avid bridge player. \ She is survived by one son, Robert Douglas Bobby Tapp of Madisonville; two sisters, Marguerite Tapp of Dixon, KY and Crystal Fancher of Madisonville; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 5, 2005 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Don McLaughlin officiating. Entombment will follow in the Madisonville Mausoleum in Odd Fellows Cemetery. \ Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until the service time on Saturday at the funeral home. \ Memorials may take the form of donations to the First Presbyterian Building Fund. \
