Earnest M. \Ernie\"" Davis Obituary (1950 - 2006)

Mr. Earnest Marion Davis, 56, of Hanson, KY, died Tuesday, November 28, 2006, at 12:20 P.M., in Hanson. \ Born October 15, 1950, in Hopkins County, KY, he is the son of the late Herman G. Davis. \ He was of the Baptist faith and had worked at Ferrells Furniture in Hanson. \ Mr. Davis is survived by his mother and step-father, Billie Egbert Ferrell and Raymond Ferrell of Hanson; one daughter, Jennifer Davis Littlepage of Madisonville; three sons, E. J. Davis and Zachary Davis, both of Madisonville, and Christopher Davis of Marion, KY; two step-daughters, Kandice Masoncup and Dusty Vannoy; three brothers, Terry Davis, Rick Davis and Joseph Davis, all of Madisonville; three step-brothers, Ray Ferrell and Mike Ferrell, both of Hanson, and Bruce Ferrell of Madisonville; a step-sister, Karen Brasher of Madisonville; four grandchildren and four step-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. \ Funeral services will be Friday, December 1, 2006, at 2:00 P.M., at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Terry Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Grapevine Cemetery. \ Visitation will be Thursday, November 30, 2006, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., and from 11:00 A.M. until the service time on Friday at the funeral home. \ Memorials may take the form of donations to the charity of your choice. \ Online condolences may be made to the family at www.barnettstrother.com. \
