Eva Jean Marks

Eva Jean Marks, 89 of Madisonville, KY passed away, Friday, November 24, 2017 at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville.
She was born on July 4, 1928 to the late Strother 'Peck' Fredrick and Eva Nell Harkins.
She was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Madisonville, the Ladies Missionary Society, and she was also part of the Starlite Homemakers Club.
She is survived by one daughter, Reta (John) Mangum of Manitou, KY one son, Eddie (Kristie) Marks of Madisonville; two grandchildren, Natalie (Zach) Gipson and Brandon (Jennifer Jones) Mangum; four great grandchildren, Ava Grace Gipson, Emmerson Jo Gipson, Brantley Taylor Mangum, and Bayah Carter; and several cousins.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be John Michael Marks, Scott Marks, Keith Marks, Alan Menser, and Gary Travis.
