Fannie \Dude\"" Scott Obituary (1918 - 2007)

Mrs. Francis M. Dude Scott, 88, of Madisonville, KY died at 7:48 P.M. Monday, December 3, 2007 at the NHC Healthcare. \ Born December 10, 1918 in Cadiz, KY she was the daughter of the late William Martin Jackson and Lula Bloomer Jackson. She was also preceded in death by two husbands, Morris Parrent and Virgil Peck Scott; two brothers, William Woodrow Jackson and Thomas Jackson; and three sisters, Maggie Jackson, Jean Jackson and Mary Alice Whitfield. \ She was a homemaker and a member of Madisonville Second Baptist Church. \ She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Delmar and Connie Parrent of Madisonville; one sister, Elsie Turner of San Francisco, CA; one grandson, Darrin Parrent and one great-granddaughter, Allison Parrent both of Lawrenceburg, KY. \ Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 6, 2007 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Roy D. Finley officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Bill Tapp, Dudley Phelps, Tony Whitfield, Danny Fireline, Bobby Glazebrook and Dearl Bryant. \ Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 9:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home. \ Memorial gifts may take the form of donations to the Second Baptist Church of Madisonville. \ \
