Inez Marie Bowman Obituary (1927 - 2008)

Mrs. Inez Marie Bowman, 80, of Madisonville, KY died at 2:20 P.M. Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at her residence in Madisonville. \ Born December 14, 1927 in Vincennes, IN, she was the daughter of the late Chester O. Henderson and Helen Bell Henderson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lex Everett Bowman, March 23, 1990. \ She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Madisonville, Opal Audas Sunday School Class, volunteer at the Glema Mahr Center for performing arts and served at the Methodist Church for the noon Kiwanis Club. \ Surviving are two daughters and son-in-laws, Linda and Mike Space of Lexington, KY and Denise and Jeff Adams of Dickinson, ND; two sisters, Helen L. Henderson of Vincennes IN and Emily Jane Marchino of Wheatland IN; one brother, Chester Eugene Henderson of Boulder, CO; three grandchildren, Alex Lynch, Mike Space II and Sarah Adams and four great grandchildren, Spencer and Carly Lynch and Carl and Cole Space. \ Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, July 25, 2008, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Dr. Don Davis officiating. Entombment will follow in the Madisonville Mausoleum. \ Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday and after 12:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. \ Memorials may take the form of donation, in her honor, to the charity of your choice. \
