John Louis Rickard

Mr. John Louis Rickard, 71, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at his residence. \ He was born May 16th, 1940 to the late Willoughby Litt Rickard and Roberta Davis Rickard. He was also preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters. Mr. Louis was a Vietnam Veteran and he also worked as a dozer operator. \ He is survived by two sons, Troy and Alton Rickard, both of Madisonville; one sister, Carolyn Fireline of Madisonville, KY; one brother, Wayne Rickard of Nortonville; one grandchild, one great grandchild; and his caregiver, Mary Hines. \ Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Reno officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery. \ Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the service hour Saturday at the funeral home. \
