Juanita L. Nutt Obituary (1930 - 2004)

Juanita Louise Nutt, 74, of Madisonville, KY died at 2:00 A.M. Thursday, November 18, 2004 at the Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home. \ Born June 14, 1930 in Hancock County, KY she was the daughter of the late Harmon Long Sr. and Cynthia Bozarth Long. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James M. Mike Nutt Sr. and one son, James M. Nutt Jr. \ She was a former dietary employee at the former Browns Nursing Home and at the Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home. She was a member of the Presbyterian faith and a part-time employee of the Melody Lanes Bowling Alley and V.F.W.Post #5480. \ She is survived by two sons; Paul Nutt of Carbondale, Colorado and Jeff Nutt of Paducah, KY; two sisters, Hortense Aull of Hawesville, KY and Catherine Hayden of Lewisport, KY; two brothers, Harmon Long Jr. of Lewisport and L.W. Long of Hawesville, KY ; two grandsons, Jody Nutt and Jonathan Nutt; two granddaughters, Shania Nutt and Angie Metzer. \ Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 23, 2004 at the Chapel of Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home in Madisonville. \ \
