June M. Young Obituary (2010)

Mr. June M. Young, 94, of Madisonville, KY passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2010, in Atlanta, GA. \ He was born July 23, 1915 in Madisonville to the late Edward and Sadie Young. \ Mr. Young worked as an insurance adjuster in Virginia, Florida and Kentucky. Memberships and former activities included the Masons, First United Methodist Church, various Chambers of Commerce and the Madisonville Country Club. He was an avid sports fan and followed UK Basketball every year. \ He is survived by his wife, Earle Young of Madisonville; two sons, Joseph Young of Duluth, GA and Morris Young of Niceville, FL. \ A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 10, 2010 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Dr. Don Davis officiating. Inurnment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. \
