Karyn Renee Tapp Obituary (1964 - 2012)

Karyn Fletcher Tapp, 47, of Hanson, KY, passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Regional Medical Center. \ She was born March 31, 1964 in Louisville, KY. \ Mrs. Tapp was a member of the Christian Assembly. She worked as an administrative assistant for the Glema Mahr Center for the Arts, Madisonville, KY. \ She is survived by her husband, Edward Tapp of Hanson; her parents, Leonard D. and Helen Barnes Fletcher of Madisonville; one stepson, Chris Tapp of Evansville, IN; one brother, Donald (Rita) Fletcher of Eddyville, KY; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. \ Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 5, 2012, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Ellis and Bro. Shannon Embry officiating. Burial will follow in Ilsley Cemetery in Ilsley, KY. \ Visitation will be 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Sunday and after 9:00 A.M. until the service time on Monday at the funeral home. \ Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home. \
