Lavaughn Harris Obituary (1923 - 2011)

Mrs. Lavaughn Harris, 88, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Hillside Villa Nursing Home in Madisonville. \ She was born October 6, 1923 in Oaktown, IN to the late Russell Latshaw and Hazel Rodgers Latshaw. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Harris. Mrs. Harris was previously employed by Riddle Insurance Agency in Madisonville and was an active member of the First United Christian Church. \ She is survived one daughter, Kay Pasquale of Knoxville, TN; one son, David Harris of North Bend, WA; and three grandchildren, Cooper, Hasalyn, and David C. Harris. \ Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at First Christian Church with Pastor Don McLaughlin officiating. Graveside service will be Monday at 12:00 P.M. EST. at Oaktown Cemetery in Oaktown. \ Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the service hour at the church. \ In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Christian Church Building Fund. \
