Lenora Faye Clayton Obituary (1939 - 2015)

\ Lenora Faye Clayton, 75, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville, KY. \ \ Mrs. Clayton was born August 23, 1939, in Wheatcroft, KY, to the late Jake Cain and Floella Harris Cain. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Donna Faye Davis, one brother, Robert Cain, and one sister, Dorothy Coffman. \ \ Mrs. Clayton was a member of the National Women's Bowling Association. She was an avid bowler and got married at the bowling alley on February 23, 1985. She was a huge UK fan and loved Texas Hold-Em. \ \ She is survived by her husband, John Clayton; two sons; Lynn (Judy) Burden of Manitou, KY and Robert (Nancy) Burden of Evansville, IN; fourteen grandchildren, Howard, Hailey, Isaac, Dustin, Nora, Hayden, Colton, Cady, Quinton, Samantha, Christi, Hannah, Khyllee, and Kirby; and five great grandchildren. \ \ Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 30, 2015 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Dr. Terry Burden officiating. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Clay, KY. \ \ Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until the service time Friday at the funeral home. \ \
