Lorene B. Davis Obituary (1923 - 2005)

Mrs. Lorene B. Davis, 81, of Madisonville, KY, died Thursday, August 18, 2005, at 10:05 P.M., at the Regional Medical Center in Madisonville. \ Born December 3, 1923, in Muhlenberg County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Charles Toll and Ethel Lorene Bandy Toll. \ She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Madisonville, and retired in 1986 from the Regional Medical Center. \ Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband, Norris Davis of Madisonville; two sons, Steve Davis of Centerville, TN, and Tim Davis of Madisonville; five sisters, Charles Ann Robertson of Lewisport, KY, Wanda Brooks of Central City, KY, Sarah Richardson of Greenville, KY, Mary Jean Owen and Minnie Lou Covington, both of Owensboro, KY; two brothers, Bob Frank Toll of Madison, TN, and Charles Toll Jr. of McMinnville, TN; one grandchild and one great grandchild. \ Funeral services will be Saturday, August 20, 2005, at 2:00 P.M., at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Dr. Joe Leonard officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Grapevine Cemetery. \ Visitation will be Saturday, August 20, 2005, from 10:00 A.M. until the service time at the funeral home. \ Memorials may take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \
