Lucille Renfro Obituary (1934 - 2014)

\ Lucille Renfro, 80, of Madisonville, KY passed away, Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home in Madisonville. \ \ She was born October 31, 1934 in Muhlenberg Co., KY to the late Omer Bean and Ruth Ann Beshears Bean. She was also preceded in death by her husband James Renfro and two brothers, Tommy Bean and Dougie Bean. \ \ Mrs. Renfro was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was an antique collector for many years. She loved shopping and spoiling her grandkids. \ \ She is survived by three sons, Stuart (Kristi) Renfro of Madisonville, Robin (Sharon) Renfro of Hanson, KY and Dewayne Renfro of Madisonville; one half sister, Judy (Allen) Gish of Bremen, KY; five grandchildren, Josh, Ashley, Jamie, Hannah and Emily and two great grandchildren, Hollyn and Abbott. \ \ Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday November 25, 2014 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Pierce officiating. Entombment will follow in East Lawn Cemetery in Hanson, KY. \ \ Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday and after 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. \ \ Memorials donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \ \ The family would like to thank the staff at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home for the care and compassion they showed and gave to Mrs. Renfro. \ \
