\ Richie Jerleen Hamilton, 70, passed away May 20, 2014 at Select Health in Evansville, IN. \ \ She was born October 30, 1943 in Madisonville, KY to the late Richard Ross Ashby and Anna Richie Utley Ashby. \ \ Mrs. Hamilton worked as a hair dresser. She was a long time member of Grapevine Baptist Church. \ \ She is survived by her husband, Donnie Hamilton; two sons, Steve (Lory) Fowler of Hanson, KY and Donald Heath (Katie) Hamilton of Hopkinsville; one daughter, Darla (Richard) Curtis of Madisonville; five grandchildren, Steven (Tera) Fowler of Madisonville, Matthew (Marcie) Fowler of Henderson, KY, Tyler Whitaker of Springfield, IL, and Aiden and Asher Hamilton of Hopkinsville, KY; and six great grandchildren. \ \ Funeral services will be 2:30 P.M. Friday, May 24, 2014 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor Matthew Fowler officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. \ \ Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until 2:30 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. \ \ Pallbearers will be Steven Fowler, Christian Fowler, Tyler Whitaker, Donald Heath Hamilton, and Richard Curtis. \ \
